Exercise is good.....

Mummy says exercise is good for our health especially Yoga. Aids in slimming and also for better health. So I decided to do some yoga....

First, lie down straight



Next, take a deep breath....



then turn right and stretch your body.



Back to centre and exhale.... (p/s: thumb sucking is optional)



Take another deep breath and this time round, turn to your left



more to the left and stretcccchhhhhhhhhh... really really stretchhhhhhhhhhhh



That was really a good stretch!



and finally, back to the starting position.....
