HB-less & Daddy-less.........

for 3 weeks ah!! HB is going away on reservist starting today. Will only be back on 5 Feb. Was just telling Erlyna over the weekend that Daddy would be going for reservist so she must be guai guai and it'd be easier for me.

As if she knew Daddy would be going away, she woke up earlier than usual this morning and flashed daddy the sweetest smile ever. Made daddy so happy! He gave her a big kiss, say goodbye to his dear daughter and headed off to the door, then back again to give me a kiss as well. Heng ah! Else i'm going to kick his ass big time! Now that he has his daughter, forget about mummy huh!

I really feel blessed to have mum's help during hb's absence. She took time off her busy schedule to fetch Erlyna to MIL's place then me to work. Then come evening, she would fetch me from work, have dinner, then fetch Erlyna again. Phew... I tell ya, your own mum is always the best!

Alas, reached MIL's place and she told me Erlyna LS 3 times today. Shall monitor her first before taking her to the PD. Looks like I must be prepared for a little extra crib-side duty tonight.
